EHS provided strategic and space planning, full architectural and interior design services for this new green headquarters and branch.  The 3-story building is Guam’s first private LEED® Gold certified building. Complete with internal atrium, covered walkway, and indigenous landscape design, key green features maximize daylight, harvest rainwater, and uses concrete — the only local building material — throughout.  Green Features:

  • Use of concrete (the only local building material) throughout the building
  • 50,000-gallon rainwater collection tank for re-use
  • Utilizing abundant natural daylight to reduce energy consumption
  • Sun-shading devices reduce solar temperature gain
